The Dough

We make a dough using Italian strong flour, which we let rest for 48 hours until it achieves a double fermentation, resulting in a thin, soft, and elastic pizza in the center, with crispy and fluffy edges and a texture that will win you over

Wood-Fired Oven

Our wood-fired oven gives our pizzas an unmatched flavor and a crispy texture. All our pizzas are baked between 60 and 90 seconds at about 500 degrees, in a refractory stone oven manufactured in Italy by a family of artisans.
